The LSI 5-Day Process

LSI’s treatment approach is a signature, streamlined process, where patients can go from evaluation to recovery in as little as 5 days.

  • Day 1: New Patient Evaluation, Complete History and Physical, MRI and/or X-rays (if needed), Electrocardiogram (EKG), Lab Work and Medical Clearance
  • Day 2: MRI Discussion with a surgeon and Diagnostic Tests (if ordered by the surgeon)
  • Day 3: Anesthesia Discussion and Surgery
  • Day 4: Post-operative rest and recovery
  • Day 5: Post-operative examination, Patient education, Release from LSI

What makes our procedures unique is that all of our surgeries are performed without general anesthesia. The patient is awake but comfortable during the procedure. No longer are large incisions and hospitalizations required. Patients come in, have their surgery and walk out within hours.
